Our Process

Embarking on Your Dream Home Journey with JEH.

Step 1: Discovery and Planning

In your initial and personalised consultation we begin to understand your vision. We take the time to listen to your needs, aspirations, and concerns. We discuss your ideas, reference what inspires you and learn about your lifestyle. We can then provide you with the clarity you’re looking for and form a strategy that suits your needs and schedule for an enjoyable building journey. 

If you haven’t yet engaged a designer, draftsman, or Architect we can recommend one who’ll suit the unique needs of your project and breathe life into your vision.

Step 2: Preliminary Works Agreement 

If you feel comfortable with the initial consultation, a preliminary agreement will be put in place to cover some of the costs involved to coordinate all of the information required to put together a very in-depth quote. 

We put a lot of effort into our quotes to ensure that everything you have asked for and what has been shown on the plans is included.

Step 3: Second Meeting

This meeting is an opportunity for us to collect, review and discuss your surveys, build plans and desired finishes plus gather any other required information so we can then provide you a detailed quote breakdown of all project inclusions.

Step 4: Final Documentation

Once you are happy with all the plans and upon acceptance of our detailed proposal, final documentation is presented, which includes a detailed specification and a residential building contract which is to be signed by both parties.

Step 5: Building and Quality Control

Now, the real magic begins. Our expert team starts constructing your dream home or commencing the renovation. We maintain open lines of communication, provide regular updates, and ensure top-notch quality at every stage. With us, you're assured of a beautiful, high-quality home that you'll be proud to show off.

Step 6: Completion of Your Project

At this stage, you’ve made it!

A pre-handover walk-through of your project is carried out before the handover to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new home. 

During this process, all necessary certificates are compiled and sent to the certifier so the final certificate can be issued. 

At the final handover, all necessary warranties and instruction manuals as well as the keys are given to you. Now it is time to enjoy your beautiful new home.
